Master Insurance Claim Supplementing Webinar — Effective March 2026

By purchasing a ticket to the Master Insurance Claim Supplementing Webinar hosted by Alestimate.org and Mark Hurd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Permitted Use

This webinar and all associated materials are intended solely for the personal and professional use of roofing and siding contractors. Your ticket grants access to a single individual only. You may not purchase a ticket on behalf of another person without prior written consent from Alestimate.org.

2. No Recording, Sharing, or Distribution

You are strictly prohibited from recording, screenshotting, photographing, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, or disseminating any portion of the webinar content, including but not limited to:

• Live or replay video and audio
• Slide decks, templates, cheat sheets, and supplemental materials
• Insurance carrier letter templates (VIP)
• Any written, visual, or spoken content delivered during the webinar or follow-up sessions

This content is proprietary and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Violation of this clause will result in immediate revocation of access with no refund, and may result in legal action.

3. No Link Sharing

Your webinar access link, replay link, and any associated login credentials are non-transferable. You may not share, forward, post, or distribute your access link to any third party. Each link is tracked and tied to your registered email address. Unauthorized sharing will result in termination of access.

4. Limited Seats — No Refund for Missed Attendance

5. Money-Back Guarantee (General Admission Only)

Our money-back guarantee applies exclusively to General Admission ($97) ticket holders. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• You must have attended the full live webinar
• You must demonstrate that you have implemented the strategies and techniques taught in the webinar
• You must provide documented proof of submitting supplements on a minimum of 20 insurance claims using the methods taught, with no measurable increase in claim recovery
• Your refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the webinar date
• All proof must be submitted via email to [email protected] and must include claim numbers, supplement documentation, and carrier responses

Refund requests that do not meet all of the above criteria will be denied. Alestimate.org reserves the right to review and verify all submitted documentation before processing any refund.

6. VIP Access — Non-Refundable

VIP Access ($297) tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances. VIP ticket holders receive premium benefits including one-time replay video access, a private 1-on-1 supplement review call with Mark Hurd, a bonus insurance carrier letter template, and an extended Q&A session immediately after the webinar. Due to the personalized nature of these services, no refunds will be issued for VIP tickets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content presented during the webinar — including but not limited to methodologies, strategies, templates, documents, slides, and spoken instruction — is the sole intellectual property of Alestimate.org and Mark Hurd. No license, right, or ownership is transferred to attendees beyond personal use as described in Section 1.

8. Results Disclaimer

The strategies and techniques taught in this webinar are based on real-world experience in insurance claim supplementing. However, individual results will vary. Alestimate.org and Mark Hurd make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, claim recovery amounts, or approval rates. Your results depend on factors including but not limited to your market, your documentation quality, carrier policies, and your effort in implementing what you learn.

9. Right to Modify

Alestimate.org reserves the right to modify the webinar schedule, content, format, or delivery method at any time. In the event the webinar is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via their registered email address and their tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. In the unlikely event the webinar is cancelled entirely, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

10. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally during live sessions, Q&A, and any VIP follow-up interactions. Alestimate.org reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the webinar shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the jurisdiction of Illinois courts.

12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket and attend this webinar.

13. Agreement

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
